Cezar Arro (b. 1978) is an expressionist and modern realist visual artist based in Iloilo. His paintings capture spontaneous, unexpected facial expressions, born from his imagination and personal experiences. He graduated from the University of the Philippines Visayas with a degree in Fine Arts. A four-time finalist of the Philippine Art Awards, Arro has exhibited locally and internationally, including Art Apart Singapore (2017) and Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong (2015-2019). His work has been featured in publications like Sun Star, Philippine Daily Inquirer, and
Contemporary Art Magazine of the Philippines.
